Nine years after the requel Mad Max: Fury Road released, we’re finally gearing up for the much-anticipated spin-off, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga Synopsis
Although it comes almost a decade after the previous film, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga is set 15-20 years prior to the timeline. We were previously introduced to Imperator Furiosa in the Mad Max: Fury Road film, with the latest film serving as an origin story for the character.
As the world enters an age of dystopia, a young Furiosa (Anya Taylor-Joy) is kidnapped from the Green Place of Many Mothers. She falls into the clutches of a great Biker Horde, who is led by the Warlord Dementus (Chris Hemsworth). Traversing the Wasteland, the Biker Horde comes across the Citadel, which is controlled by Immortan Joe (Lachy Hulme). The two tyrants start a war control over the region, where Furiosa has to survive many trials along her journey in an attempt to find her way back home.
